Welcome to the instruction panel of the X-System Surebets program.

Shortly speaking, the X-System Surebets program is a means of searching for surebets by comparing odds from various bookmakers simultaneously.

The program is launched by double-clicking the X-system icon on the desktop. This will prompt the login screen.

Logging in is integrated with the bet-xsystem.com website allowing only registered users to access the application.

Select the language in the lower left corner of the screen and fill the username and password fields (it is the data you have submitted during the registration). Afterwards press the "Log In" button.

Warning: Constant updates of the programs algorithms used in downloading the odds from various bookmakers are a crucial element of the programs functionality. The layout of these web pages is often changed forcing updates constantly worked on by our team. The updates are acquired by pressing the "Update" button on the right side of the screen. By default this option is turned off as it delays the process of running the program. It is sufficient to check updates once a day. You are in the main tab of the X-System Surebets program, which consists of four main tabs.

"Download "tab

This tab is used when setting all the important settings of the program. It's main left part is filled with a list of bookmakers currently supported by the program. By pressing the field next to a bookmaker’s name we select which bookmakers we want to download odds from.

In the middle section is the league panel which displays all the leagues supported at the moment. This number may vary depending on the dates of certain events.

Field "Activity leagues time" Is used to display the time interval used when filtering leagues. By default this is set to 24 which means that the first match of a league must be played within 24 hours from the present moment.

Field "Number of bookmakers per league" filters the leagues based on the number of bookmakers who have it in their offer. The number of bookmakers supporting the specific league is displayed next to it's name in braces. The default value of 20 means that only the leagues supported by at least 20 bookmakers will be displayed. When the current number of competitions is low it is advised to lower this number or similar - rise it for the opposite.

In the lower part of the leagues window displayed in red are the leagues not present in any of the packets, while in black are the ones added to at least one packet. The number of matches in a certain league is visible in the first brackets right after the leagues name.

Packets

Packets are a certain set of leagues which are to be compared at the same time. This was necessary due to a large number of leagues showing up during times of high traffic.

I is important to wait for the program to download the courses from every selected bookmaker before going for a new packet. The download time differs for various bookmakers and is dependant on both the server bandwidth and the level of pages complications. The best strategy is to create a couple of packets containing more or less the same number of leagues e.g. 10. It is not advised to create packets of more than 10 leagues. Creating multiple packets is necessary to ensure the courses are up to date.

Write the name for the packet under the "Packets" sign. The simplest way of naming them is "packet1", "packet2", etc.

Writing the name and clicking the "+" button will create a packet which will be displayed in the window below. By clicking the name of the bundle you display it's current contents in the bottom window. Now you add the leagues to the packet (their order is unimportant):

you select the packet,
select the league in the left window,
press the arrow button.

The added league is green if there is at least a single match being played within 24 (or chosen) hours. After the beginning of the last match of the league it's color will turn red meaning it's no longer being downloaded (despite being present in the packet).

The bottom window displays the most crucial system prompts such as: the beginning of downloading, errors etc.

Field "Constant searching" along with a number of seconds below. If this is selected then the program will compare already downloaded odds from the current packet every 60 seconds (this can be changed depending on need). This increases the efficiency of the search and saves time.
Field "Interval" works only during automatic download. It is the set amount of time between downloading packets. The recommended interval is 60 seconds. This should be enough to prevent blocking your IP address due to visiting the bookmakers websites too often.
Field "Auto" makes the downloading of packets take place in a circle. With this option it is possible for the program to automatically download odds, compare them and inform you with a sound alarm if it finds a surebet.
"Packet time limit" is the lifespan of a packet. Because certain bookmakers sites may at times not function after a certain period of time (in this case 120 seconds) certain leagues are still being downloaded, the packet is automatically ended and the program moves on to another.
"Start" - means starting the download of the current bundle. If the "Auto" option is turned off it is necessary to manually press the "Search" button after the download. If the program is set on automatic the search will continue until the "Auto" checkbox is deselected.
Button „Break” button interrupts the current packets downloading.
The two information fields present in the upper right corner of the screen and the two buttons next to them "Clear".
"Security password" – this is an important field when downloading the odds from the bookmakers who require a log in prior to displaying the odds. The program automatically logs in using the users log in and password (input by pressing the right mouse button over the bookmakers name). After typing the data it is encoded by the password. User passwords are in no way send to the bet-xsystem.com they are used exclusively in downloading the odds from a specific bookmaker. They are saved in the passwords folder in main directory of the program on the users computer. The encoding uses the algorithms developed by Microsoft which allows decoding of the data only on the users computer.
Inputing username and password is not necessary if we are not currently using the bookmakers which requires log in, in order to show its odds. The program will automatically ask for such data the moment the download starts. Currently the bookmakers who require logging in are: Pinnaclesports, 2BetDsi,AbcIslands, Betgameday, BetJamaica and Betroyal.
"Surebets found" display the total number of surebets found since the last clearing of the list. Clearing is should be done when the program begins to slow down. Depending on the computer this can vary. General safe amount is about 10000 surebets.
Below is the information field for all sent surebets, which can be viewed in the "Archive" tab.

"Surebets" tab

This tab is used to display currently found surebets. Here we make all the necessary odds calculations before sending the coupons.

In the left part of the menu we see the Start button and the Auto option. Both of those elements are copies of the ones in first tab. Their present here to easily disable automatic (further) downloading after a surebet is found. When sending the coupon the full bandwidth speed is very useful as every second counts. Therefore it is advised to deselect "Auto" after hearing the sound prompt. After completing the bet we can return to automatically download/search for surebets.

In the next part of the main bar is the data of the currently selected surebet. This data gets displayed only after double-clicking the left mouse button on our surebet in the lower table.
This is as follows:

date and time of the match,
the type of the bet (handicap, over under or moneyline),
home - guest,
name of the league.

Further edit fields are used when calculating the odds and stakes when sending a specific surebet. Depending on whether this is a two-way surebet (over under or handicap) or a three-way one (moneyline 1x2) 9 or 6 windows get displayed, three for each bookmaker.

The upper window displays the odds of a certain outcome in the american style (ie. +105), lower in decimal (2.05). The window next to the decimal displays the amount needed to bet on the event.

All three windows can be edited by typing new values and confirming them by pressing Enter.

In the next part of the menu we see as follows:

surebet percentage,
factual income of the surebet compared to the bet amount,
the confirm button, which saves the surebet to the archive,
aborting of sending coupons (i.e. when the percentage of the surebet dropped),
default sum stake we want to dedicate on all the coupons surebet consists of. It's calculated for every coupon separately.
tax in the users home country from every send coupon. The users are obligated to find out what are the tax for bookmaking bets in their country.

The lower part of the surebets tab is divided into two tables, which will display all the found surebets. The upper table displays the surebets grouped by their uniqueness and events. This means that the surebets which get displayed for the first time (from the moment the surebets were cleaned in the first tab) always get displayed in the upper table in green.
Displayed in yelow are surebets found in the previous bundle with the grey color reserved for old surebets (to verify their further existence it's necessary to once again launch their packet). We will now discuss in order the fields in the surebet table:

Book1 – the name of the bookmaker (if the bet is of the over/under sort this is the bookmaker for the over odd),
Odd1 – the odd for the home or over if over/under,
BookX – name of the bookmaker used in the draw outcome,
OddX – odds for a draw,
Book2 – name of the bookmaker (if the bet is of the over/under sort this is the bookmaker for the under odd),
Odd2 – the odds for the guest or under if over/under,
Type – the type of bet: moneyline1x2, handicap or over/under,
Value - over/under or handicap value. (-0.75 means a -0.75 handicap for the home team),
Team1 – home,
Team2 – guest,
Date – the date of the match,
Hour – the hour the match starts at (it should always be checked whether the match isn't currently starting and the user should avoid betting on such surebets),
League - the name of the league the surebet was found in.

While the upper table displays only the most important surebet from a specific group the lower table (after selecting the surebet in the upper table) displays every surebet in the group. Calculating of the surebet is started by double-clicking it in the lower table.

"Archive" tab

This tab doesn't require much explanation. After pressing the "Load" button the program will generate a list of all the completed surebets.
Each field is described in the headline along with the date and hour the coupons were sent at.

There is also an "Export" button, which creates an Excel format "csv" file where the columns are separated with semicolons.

"Matches" tab

In this tab we can see current odds for all the matches in the currently loaded packet. Pressing the "Load" button displays the leagues of the specific bundle on the list on the left.
Choosing the league in the middle part of the tab will display matches currently processed by the program. Clicking the left mouse button on the specific match on the right table will display the odds present in the current packet.

We can also choose the type of the match (moneyline, handicap or over/under) and then the value of the selection (the field on the ride will display all the possible options of the specific match type i.e. all the handicaps for the current match).
