Terms and Conditions

Using the X-SYSTEM-DEMO program and the bet-xsystem.com website is equivelant to agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

The following Terms and Conditions relates to the program "X-SYSTEM-DEMO", later called "Program" and the site bet-xsystem.com, later called "Site", which were compiled by the owner of the Site, later called "Owner". The Program is made for registered users called "Users".

The Program and the Site are an intelectual property of the owner of the domain bet-xsystem.com, registered in UnoEuro Denmark Postboks 485 8660 Skanderborg and he alone has the right to copy, modify and distribute the Program.

The Owner:

1. Does not take responsibility for Users violating the Terms of Service of bookmaking companies. The Program is avaiable on the Site, with the Owner's approval and serves to compare odds of bookmaking events.
2. Please note that in some countries taking part in bookmaking bets is regulated by law and in some cases may even be considered illegal. The User acknowledges that he himself takes responsibility for any consequences of using the Program and/or the Site if, according to the law of his country betting is forbidden.
3. There is no obligation to inform Users of changes in the Terms and Conditions and does not take responsibility for any losses, regardless of the type of loss, that the User may experience by using the Program and/or Site.
4. Does not take responsibility for results of improper use of the Program and/or Site.
5. Does not guarantee a constant offer regarding the availability of bookmaking odds. Because of errors not related to the Owner. The Owner is obligated to explain and fix the errors as fast as he can.
6. Reserves himself the right to change the list of bookmakers from which the User will be able to download odds.

The User:

1. Needs to register by completing the registration form, situated on the Site, containing:
   • a login,
   • a password,
   • an active e-mail address,
   • a username.
2. Needs to acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions and declare his majority and full law competence.
3. Acknowledges that the data downloaded by the Program or from the Site are for private use only.
4. Is aware of the need to accept the Terms of Use of bookmaking websites which he uses with the Program and/or Site and the regulations of data processing on said websites.
5. May register only once. The User is forbidden from registering again using different data. In case of neglecting this term the Owner has the right to delete the User's account.
6. Does not become the owner of the Program, he merely receives a one-station license for it's use.

The program X-SYSTEM–DEMO

1. Is a free test version of the program X-SYSTEM, which will be available in the future as a full, payable version. Details regarding the full version of the Program will be placed on the Site and Users will be informed of it.
2. May only be installed on one computer.
3. Is directed only to people of age, having a full law competence. Accepting these Terms and Conditions is equivalent to the User declaring his majority and full law competence.
4. During logging in saves the User's current IP address. This address is deleted after logging out or an extended period of inactiveness. One User may only use one IP address during one Program session.
5. The Program stores all the data required to log in on bookmakers' websites locally, on the User's computer:
   • username,
   • the User's password.
   This data is required by some bookmakers to download current odds. The Owner does not store or process any of the User's data regarding his private bookmaking accounts, they are encrypted and protected by a password known only to the User.

Final provisions

1. Registering on the Site is equivalent to agreeing to processing the data included in the register form for marketing and informing purposes, including agreeing to receive messages or information from a subject other than the Owner. Cancelling this agreement is equivalent to demanding to delete the User's account.
2. The Owner is not responsible for the losses that may arise due to improper usage of the account and/or Program, regardless of it's type or reason unrelated to the Owner.
3. The Owner has the right to exclude a User without giving a reason.
4. It is forbidden to use the full or part of the Program in purposes other than the ones outlined by the Owner.
5. It is forbidden to distribute the results of the odds search without the Owner's consent.
6. In case of incompatibilities resulting from translation errors, the binding version is always the english version of the Terms and Conditions.
7. The binding version of the Terms and Conditions is the one featured on the Site.
